Contact Information for INSIDE ELF Period
If your item develops a fault within the ELF Period, please contact us immediately for instructions and a return authorisation on how to return your item for replacement/repair. Please include your Contact Details, Docket Number, Item and Description of Fault with your email.
Contact Information for OUTSIDE ELF Period
Vg Phones acts as the agent and is not responsible for the warranty on all Australian Atick mobile phones, Outside the ELF period please contact the relevant service centre (Details above) have a copy of your Tax Invoice ready, explain in detail your concerns or problems you are experiencing with your Mobile Phone and you will then be directed to your nearest service centre for warranty repair/replacement
Only faulty products will be exchange or refund within 14 days. Non faulty returns or change of mind will incur 25% restock fee.
Repair Warranty terms
Our customer satisfaction guarantee is a promise that we will do everything possible to ensure you receive the highest quality service.
We provide a standard warranty 3 months with every repair that covers from the the date it is picked up.
VG PHONES Repair Warranty applies where the exact same fault occurs or the replaced component fails within 3 months of repair. A 3-month warranty on parts & labour will apply to all repairs completed.
Phones which are faulty due to liquid ingress will have only 90 days warranty on the specific component fixed/replaced or work done (i.e.; no warranty for the failure of any additional components at a later stage). Furthermore, due to possible progressive corrosion, VG Phones accept no responsibility for any further faults which occur during the time between the quotation and the commencement of repairs.
PLEASE NOTE that there is NO WARRANTY on a phone which has been indicated liquid or physical damage (broken screen) again after the previous repair.
Please keep your receip with Job/Quotes number for warranty.
Items must be collected within 3 months or will be forfeited.
There is not refund for unlocking service once the phone unlocked
There is not refund if IMEI not clean (block imei, or report lost)
30mins repair service for iphone 4, 4S, 5, 5S, 5C, Samsung s3, S4
All other repairs require bookings and time depend on the day.
Pre-order means customer need to pay small deposit or leave the phone at the store for us to order parts.
Back-order means we have placed an order and waiting for delivery.
Limited stock means we only carry a few in stock please check with us before come in.
