Back up your device
For most mobile phones, there is 99% of chance that your data will be safe. For the complicated problems, we try to make every effort to keep it intact, however we cannot guarantee the safety of your data. The reason is that often it is outside of your control and the data may already be lost before we examine the device. Therefore, we recommend you back up your data regularly if possible. We do not delete your data or factory reset like other repairs centre, your data will be safe and treated as strictly confidential.
Mail us your device
We suggest carefully wrapping your device in bubble wrap or placing it in a protective box for shipping. Please leave us with your contact details and what need to be fix.

We will send you a sms via automatic system that we have recevied your phone.
Once the damage is assessed we will contact you regarding payment. We accept many forms of payment including direct bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards via PayPal on our website.
We sms you with a tracking number of your device (free registered returned postage from us). Repairs are performed within 24 hours of receipt.
