iPhone 7 Water Damage Repair
At VGPhones, we provide you with a safe and speedy option for getting your water-damaged iPhone 7 fixed. We provide diagnostic service free of charge, and you don't pay a cent until we assure you that it can be fixed.
Hey, want to see something cool? While it’s always fun to show off your new phone’s features to your friends, it’s easy to forget that the iPhone 7 is water-RESISTANT, not waterproof. It’s designed to be safe in case you spill a drink on it or drop it into a sink (or other less sanitary bathroom receptacle) but prolonged submersion, or exposure to soapy water or high pressure, and your device is kaput. Let our technicians get your iPhone 7 up and running like new...which it was before you decided to test it out in a pint of beer.
It all starts by shipping your phone to us. Dry it as much as you can and do not try to charge it or power it on. Once we receive your iPhone 7, our skilled technicians will put your phone through a series of diagnostic tests to give them a clear picture of the damage the liquid has done to your device. We will contact you with a complete diagnosis of the issue, and give you the option between having it repaired or getting it returned to you in that state*. We can also repair signs of damage, such as corrosion and debris, on all phone components, leaving it as good as new.
We offer 90-day warranty for all items repaired and replaced and will immediately look into the matter if you find our replacements to be faulty. If we are unable to save your water-damaged iPhone, we will offer to purchase it (or we can return to you*).
For your peace of mind, your shipment will come with a confirmation email and a tracking number. You will also be required to sign when you receive your phone to ensure reception of the device.
Any questions? Feel free to call us at 1300 9 PHONE (74663) or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Or just live chat with us.
*NOTE: If you decline repairs for diagnostic or water damage treatment or your device is deemed non-repairable, you will be responsible for shipping and handling.
