    APPLE has launched its new iPhone in a shade of brilliant red to raise money for AIDS. The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus come in a vibrant red aluminium finish — first made famous in the iPod mini and Nano. Proceeds will be put toward providing access to lifesaving ARV medication in sub-Saharan Africa, through charity RED, The Sun reports.

  3. Third-party iPhone screen repairs no longer void warranty, Apple says

    iPhones that have undergone any third-party screen repair now qualify for warranty coverage, as long as the issue being fixed does not relate to the display itself, according to an internal memo distributed by Apple today. MacRumors confirmed the memo's authenticity with multiple sources.
