Walk-in service, phone booking service, online booking Service. Drop in and see us 7 days a week at Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre & have your mobile phone repaired in approximately 2 hours providing parts in stock. Your first 1 hour of parking at Victoria Gardens are free which means we can usually repair your phone while you shop and you can avoid any parking charges. We can even provide you a free loan phone so you don't miss any important phone calls!
How it works
- Walk in service, online booking, phone booking, sms booking, mail in service.
- Once we receive your phone we provide you with a quote number for you to keep track the repair status.
- We contact you via email / phone / sms to advise you when your repair is completed and how much would it cost exactly to repair your phone.
- You can pay us at the store or by credit card via paypal or direct deposit into our bank account.
- Once payment is received we courier your mobile phone straight back to you for mailing service.
- Keep your receipt with you for 3 months warranty from us.
Send it in
Send in your mobile phone to our shop address SP038/620 VICTORIA ST RICHMOND VIC 3121. Most repairs are completed the same day as received & sent back to you by Australia Post for FREE.
Getting to VG Phones Richmond
Catch the 109 tram anywhere from Port Melbourne to Box Hill, travelling along Collins St in the city. Get off at Stop #24 (Victoria St/Burnley St) Get the Epping or Hurstbridge line to North Richmond Station. It’s a 20 minute walk down vibrant Victoria St
or you can catch the 109 tram and get off at stop #24 Follow the Yarra River on your bike from the city along Capitol City Trail. Take the ramp up to the Walmer St Bridge and turn right onto Burnley St.
